Learning From and In Educational Development Practice

Professional learning in any field is characterized by a synergy among our individual and collective capacities to learn. Few communities of practice understand the value of professional learning more than the Educational Developers Caucus. Across the EDC community, our culture and practice has at least three dimensions:

• Learning from our own practice
• Learning from and in scholarship in our field
• Sharing what we learn as a community of practice and scholarship with members and with those who aspire to join us
