Conference Fees — April 28 and 29, 2010

• External Presenters — $160.00 CAD
• Two-Day External Participants (early registration: on or before April 9) — $175.00 CAD
• Two-Day External Participants (late registration: after April 9) — $200.00 CAD
• One-Day External Participants (early registration: on or before April 9) — $100.00 CAD
• One-Day External Participants (late registration: after April 9) — $125.00 CAD
• Group Rate — $160.00 per person (5 or more presenters or participants from the same institution registering at the same time)


• Dalhousie Presenters or Participants (day and group rates do not apply) — $25.00 CAD (subsidized by Dalhousie)

Please note: Registration fee includes lunch on both days and refreshment breaks each morning and afternoon. Participants are also invited to attend the Dalhousie Alumni Association reception in honour of award winning teachers on April 28 at 4:00 pm (see program for details). Applicable taxes are included.

When mailing conference fee, please make cheque or money order payable to Dalhousie University. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Download the appropriate registration form below, complete the required information, and mail with payment to:

Cancellations: For external presenters and participants: full refunds will be provided for cancellations up to and including April 11. A 25% administrative fee will be held back for cancellations on or after April 12. In the case of Dalhousie presenters or participants, no amount will be refunded on or after April 12.
